Operation of Starting the Machine
- Turn on the power supply, let the machine run idly for a few minutes, and observe whether the equipment is running normally and whether there are any abnormal noises and vibrations. Feeding Operation
- Evenly feed the material to be processed into the feed port. The thickness, width and other specifications of the material should meet the processing requirements of the equipment.
- Control the feeding speed to ensure that the material can continuously and stably enter the roll forming machine, and avoid blockage or poor forming effect caused by excessive feeding speed.
Monitoring during the Forming Process - During the roll forming process, pay attention to observing the forming situation of the material to see if it meets the expected shape and size requirements.
- Check the quality of the formed product, such as surface flatness, dimensional accuracy, etc. If problems are found, appropriately adjust the pressure and speed of the rollers.
Operation of Shutting Down the Machine
- Stop feeding and let all the remaining material in the machine pass through the roll forming area.
- Turn off the power supply. After the machine has completely stopped running, clean the equipment, including debris on the surface of the rollers, the feed port and the discharge port.
- Carry out daily maintenance of the equipment, such as adding lubricating oil to key parts and checking the wear condition of vulnerable parts.
