First of all, choose a flat table and stabilize the machine, you can pull the chassis feet apart to make the machine panel easy to observe. Insert the plug on the handheld sensor head into the socket on the panel and screw it tightly, taking care to locate the notch.

Second, plug one end of the power cord into the socket on the rear panel of the case, and the other end into the power supply socket, be sure to use a single-phase three-wire power supply. Then turn on the "POWER SW." on the rear panel of the case, press the "SWITCHING" button on the panel, and wait for the "WARM UP" green indicator to turn on, and the machine can work. PRESS AND HOLD THE "SETTING BUTTON" BUTTON TO SET IT TO THE APPROPRIATE VALUE, USUALLY BETWEEN 0.5-2.0 SECONDS.

Place the sensor head on the lid of the container again, press the start button on the handle, then the "HEATING" red indicator light is on, indicating that it is heating, do not move the sensor head, and remove the sensor head after the "HEATING" red indicator light is off. After the green indicator light of "WARM UP" is turned on or the buzzer in the machine is prompted by a short "beep", the next container can be sealed. Check the quality of the seal, and trim the "SETTING BUTTON" button appropriately according to the material, diameter of the container, and production efficiency, so that the sealing quality is excellent.
