3. Plug one end of the power cord into the socket on the rear panel of the case, and the other end into the power supply socket, be sure to use a single-phase three-wire power supply.
4. Turn on the "Power Master Switch" on the rear panel of the case, press the "Power Switch" button on the panel, and wait for the "Ready" green indicator to turn on, and the machine can work.
5. Press and hold the "Setup Button" button to set it to a suitable value, generally between 0.5-2.0 seconds.
6. Put the induction head on the lid of the container, press the start button on the handle, then the "heating" red indicator light is on, indicating that it is heating, the induction head should not be moved, and then remove the induction head after the "heating" red indicator light is off, and then the sealing operation of the next container can be carried out after the "ready" green indicator light is on or the buzzer in the machine is short "beep" prompt.
7. Check the sealing quality, according to different materials, diameter containers and production efficiency, appropriate trimming" set the button key, so that the sealing quality is the best.
